About

Some people are born artists. It is a calling I have celebrated in my life since my discovery of crayons, play dough, and finger paints - any canvas or medium would do! Expressing myself artistically is definitely part of my DNA, but I am also motivated to use my talents to help others discover and expose what is beautiful to them. I have coupled these passions to create, as well as co-create with others, through lampworking.

I have discovered a never-ending realm of possibilities in the world of handmade lampwork beads. Each bead is a unique work of art that can be a focal point all it's own or several can be combined to create exquisite color palettes, interesting shapes, and eye-catching effects. The results include one-of-a-kind bracelets, pendants, earrings, and rings that allow people to express themselves with flair.

I enjoy helping people shop from items I have designed or allowing them to select beads to be put together in whatever combination speaks to them. I am experimenting and learning new techniques all the time, with more than 2000 hours of ongoing training in lampwork beadmaking. There is literally something for everyone's taste, mood, and price range among my creations.

I am dedicated to creating art of the highest quality from concept to design to delivery. The process followed for each bead ensures it will be a durable piece that can be part of anyone's everyday wardrobe. Each item I create carries with it a gift from my heart.

My background includes a bachelor's degree in fine arts and I am an accomplished photographer, illustrator, and painter. I am also a member of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers. Workmanship and creativity are part of everything I do. I am most grateful to my family who has supported and nurtured my endeavors with the love that only one's children, parents, and siblings can offer.

I invite you to browse the website, enjoy the artistry of lampwork, and even join in the creative process!
